2027 Spring/Summer Exhibition & Pre-Order Event
at STUDIO AS YET UNNAMED.
This is the appointment form for Sunday, October 4th.

October 2nd (Fri) – October 6th (Tue)
12 PM – 7 PM

• As the number of guests we can accommodate at one time is limited, appointments are available in one-hour time slots.

STUDIO AS YET UNNAMED.
Minami-Nagasaki, Toshima-ku, Tokyo
(10-minute walk from Ochiai-Minami-Nagasaki Station or Shiinamachi Station / 20-minute walk from Mejiro Station)
(Buses are also available from Mejiro, Ikebukuro, and Shinjuku Stations.)

The exact address will be provided upon confirmation of your appointment.

Please let us know in advance if you need to cancel your appointment after making a reservation.

Please Note

• The exhibition space is located upstairs and can only be reached by a steep staircase inside the building.
  If you have any difficulty using stairs, or if you are visiting with a small child, please let us know when making your reservation. We will arrange for you to be assisted in a space that does not require climbing the stairs during your reserved time.
• As the number of guests we can accommodate at one time is limited, there is a maximum number of reservations available for each time slot.
  If you are planning to visit with multiple people and the desired number of guests cannot be added to the reservation, please let us know in the notes section of the reservation form.
