Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

  • Medium Parcel: Flat rate ¥1,100
  • Small Parcel: Flat rate ¥660

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) or Air Mail.

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination country or region. Please check the shipping fee displayed at checkout for accurate pricing.

  • Asia: ¥3,500
  • Europe / United Kingdom: ¥4,500
  • Other Regions: ¥5,000

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–5 business days after purchase once preparation is complete.
  • During events or busy periods, shipping may take longer than usual. In such cases, we will contact you separately.
  • Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
  • Please note that shipping during the New Year holiday period may require additional processing time.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or Exchanges Due to Customer Preference

Unless the item is defective, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to customer preference. Thank you for your understanding.

Defective Items or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect all products before shipment. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted without prior contact.

If the item is out of stock, we may not be able to provide a replacement and may instead issue a cancellation and refund.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the return or exchange procedure.

Please note:

  • Handmade products are valued for their natural texture and individuality. Minor variations between items are not considered defects.
  • Returns or exchanges (when replacement stock is available) are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

Conditions for Return / Exchange

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, or only tried on indoors
  • All original tags, accessories, and invoice/slip are included
    (Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if tags have been removed from the item)
  • The item and packaging remain in substantially the same condition as when delivered
  • The item is not discounted or purchased on sale
