We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. We appreciate your understanding.

【Defective or Incorrect Items】
We take great care in inspecting all products before shipping. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted without prior notice.

If the item is out of stock, we may be unable to provide a replacement and may instead offer a cancellation and refund.

We will provide instructions regarding returns or exchanges after your inquiry.

※Please note that many of our products are handmade or made from natural materials.
Slight variations in texture, color, or appearance are considered part of the product’s natural characteristics and are not regarded as defects.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges (where a replacement is available):

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, or only tried on indoors
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  (If tags are removed from the product, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted)
• Product and packaging must be in substantially the same condition as when delivered
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange

Refund Policy
After confirming the returned item in the case of a defect or incorrect shipment, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
