Two weeks before leaving Japan, we drove through Tokyo late at night towards the sea.
I think I wanted to visually express what I was feeling as I was about to leave Tokyo, the city where I was born, raised, and lived.
Since childhood, I have disliked being constrained by prejudices imposed by others.
Because prejudice is a very simple reason to deny differences.
Nationality, race, gender, religion—many things sometimes mix and exist in the world.
Acknowledging and learning from each other is truly beautiful!
Sometimes, within the cogs of massive capitalism,
What should be most important in life becomes blurred.
What is the root of it all?!
I was pondering such seemingly grand topics from a corner of Tokyo.

A world where we respect and rely on each other.
To coexist with nature and the environment.
To be a person who can feel, touch, and speak.
I want to feel and convey such things from my perspective,
So I intend to continue expressing myself.
From a precious first step. Through clothing familiar to everyone.
