AS YET UNNAMED. is a clothing and accessories design project based in Tokyo.

The key principles of the brand are:
・ Clothes that go beyond all stereotypes and are completed by the individuality of the human character.
・ Accessories that are designed to represent objects that haven't been named yet.

The idea is the creation of director Meiri Inaba.

She explores design through feel, guided by physical sensations, creating works that blend unique style with practical use.

Bio

After graduation from Musashino Art University, Meiri gained experience at a designer’s brand at the design and production department, specializing in women’s garments and accessories. 

Meiri has recent experience living and working in London, working with a tailor-based designer engaging in high-end production as a hand seamstress.

In 2021, Meiri started their own project

・あらゆる固定概念を越えて着る人の個性によって完成する服
・まだなまえのない、オブジェのようなアクセサリー
を提案していきます。

デザイナー稻葉明李は、特定の人の特徴や、素材を深く見つめ、自身の手を動かすことを大切に、作品を思考する。

実用的で特徴的な、作製品は、ユーモアを忘れない、ウィットに富んだ人に見合うものであり続けるように。

Bio

武蔵野美術大学を卒業後、デザイナーズブランドにてレディースウェア、

アクセサリーの企画デザインチームで経験を経た後、渡英。

ロンドンに生活拠点に移す。

テーラー仕込みのデザイナーの元で、ハンドシームストレスとして、

ハイエンドな製品制作に携わる。

2021年、服と服飾工芸雑貨レーベル、AS YET UNNAMED.を始動。
